Ningbo Rigang Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. is a foreign joint venture subsidiary to Ningbo Jiale Corporation. Established in April 2005, with the total investment of over 30 million RMB, at present, the company has 100 employees, more than 20 engineering and technical personnel people. The company is specialized in the production of iron, copper and stainless steel powder metallurgy parts. Up to March 2008, we have developed over 400 varieties of products with annual production capability of more than 2,500 ton. Currently, the products are widely used in vehicles, motorcycles, garden machinery, compressors, power tools, household appliances, electrical and other industries.
The company covers an area of 10,000 square meters, including 6,000 square meters of construction area. Meanwhile, we set up 7,000 square meters of workshop area in Jiale Industrial Park. The company production and testing equipment include: 15 sets of finishing press machine (among 6 ton to 200 ton), 2 sets of continuous powder metallurgy furnace, CMM inspection device, projector, material testing machine, chemical analysis equipment, hardness testing equipment and molding manufacturing equipment, such as, Switzerland Chamier WEDM, sparks machines made in domestic and abroad, processing center, CNC lathe.
